Eligibility Criteria
Nationality: Candidate must be an Indian citizen. Age: Minimum 21 years and maximum 30 years as of the last date of application. Age relaxations are applicable for SC/ST, OBC, PWD and ex‑servicemen as per government rules.
Educational Qualification: A minimum of three years’ graduation from a recognized university or institute with at least 45% marks (40% for reserved categories). Candidates with professional degrees (CA, CS, CMA, MBA) are also eligible.
Selection Process
The recruitment will be conducted in three stages. First, a Computer Based Test (CBT) of 100 multiple‑choice questions will assess quantitative aptitude, reasoning, English language and general awareness.
Second, candidates who qualify the CBT will be called for a Physical Test to evaluate stamina, agility and basic physical fitness. The third stage is a Personal Interview to test communication skills, problem‑solving ability and customer handling aptitude.
