About FACTS Family Portal

Hickory Christian Academy uses the FACTS Student Information System (formerly RenWeb) to manage student records, grades, assignments, and parent-teacher communication. It also serves as HCA’s tuition management system.

Parent Access to FACTS Family Portal Renweb

How to Log In

1. Go to factsmgt.com/login
2. Select “Family Portal Login” under For Families
3. Enter HCA’s district code: HC-NJ
4. Input your username and password
5. Click Login

Forgot password? Use the password recovery link on the login page.

New Parent Account Setup

1. Visit factsmgt.com/login
2. Choose “Family Portal Login”
3. Select “Create New Family Portal Account”
4. Enter district code: HC-NJ
5. Input the email address used in your school application
6. Click “Create Account”

You’ll receive an email from FACTS SIS Customer Support with a setup link (valid for 6 hours). Follow these steps:

1. Click the link in the email
2. Create or use the default username
3. Set your password (enter and confirm)
4. Click “Save Username and/or Password”
5. Close the window and log in normally

• Do not create student accounts – they’re automatically generated
• New students receive login credentials during the first week of school in homeroom

Yes, the portal includes tuition management features.

7. What if my account setup link expires?

The email link is valid for 6 hours. If expired, request a new one or contact HCA for help.
