Steps to Claim Your Account:
- Go to my.ncedcloud.org
- Type the URL directly into your browser—do not Google it or use a bookmark.
- Click “Claim My Account”
- Change the Claim Policy
- Switch from LEA Employee Claim Policy to LEA Student Claim Policy.
- Enter Required Information
- UID: Your student ID number (username)
- LEA/Charter Code: For Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools (CMS), use 600
- Set Your Password
- Suggested format: MPhs20xx (replace “xx” with your graduation year)
- Set Up Security Questions
- Answer at least 5 security questions (these will help if you forget your password).
